What are your hours?
Showroom: Tuesday through Saturday from 9-5. Closed Sundays and Mondays
Design consultations: By appointment only. Please reach out to schedule a time.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment is needed to browse the showroom. But if you’d like to meet with a designer, we recommend scheduling in advance so we can give your project our full attention.
Do you carry items in stock?
Yes! We maintain a rotating collection of furniture and home accents in our showroom and local warehouse. Many items are also custom ordered based on your style, space, and needs.
Can you help with delivery and installation?
Yes. We coordinate full-service delivery and installation on St. Thomas, St. John, and nearby islands. Our team handles all logistics and ensures everything is installed with care.
Can you store items until I'm ready?
Absolutely. We have a large warehouse at Sub Base and are happy to hold your items until your space is ready.
Do you offer window treatments?
We do. As certified Hunter Douglas dealers, we offer a full range of custom window treatments—from solar shades and blackout rollers to woven woods and motorization.
Do you offer remote design services?
Yes. We specialize in remote design packages for second homeowners and clients on neighboring islands. You’ll receive layout plans, finish selections, product sourcing, and shipping coordination—all tailored to your vision.
How long does a project typically take?
Timelines vary depending on scope. A full-service project may span several months. Simpler installations or furniture packages can often be completed more quickly. We’ll provide a timeline during your consultation.
Do you work with other designers or architects?
Yes. We regularly partner with designers and architects to provide sourcing, procurement, and local installation support.
