Job Description:

Seachange Home is hiring a commission-based Window Treatment Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a flexible, make-your-own-schedule role with uncapped earning potential — ideal for someone experienced in sales, interior design, home furnishings, or Hunter Douglas window treatments.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented salesperson with excellent follow-through. Existing relationships in real estate, property management, hotels, or local businesses are a strong advantage.

At Seachange Home, you’ll receive training, product support, and marketing/lead generation assistance to help grow your sales. You’ll represent premium Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, and shutters along with other designer window treatments that improve privacy, light control, and energy efficiency.

Skills Needed:

• Must live in the U.S. Virgin Islands

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills

• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

 

Compensation:
